摘    要:分析了当前物流企业在客户关系管理中存在的问题,探讨了物流客户关系管理(LCRM)的内涵及内容,进而提出了物流企业导入LCRM的实施策略。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the problems existing in the current customer relationship management of logistics enterprises,probes into the connotation and specific contents of logistics customer relationship management(LCRM) and proposes the strategy for its implementation by the enterprises.
