烟草专业产学研合作培养人才模式的实践与思考

广西农业职业技术学院与河池、桂林、贺州、百色市烟草公司进行烟草专业产学研合作培养人才模式，通过签订协议、根据企业需要确定培养目标、优化教学计划、突出实践教学环节等措施，学生学习目的更明确、学习积极性高，同时也提高了教师业务水平，从而保证了烟草专业人才培养质量、降低了企业人才培养成本，达到了预期效果。
