| Abstract: | The water security idea is the basic economics grounds of the city water resource protection and the water expending pricing.The water is the scarce economics resource.The enviornment governing cost concerned to the water security and the cost of saving the water are the important components of the city water expending pricing management and the important research contents of sustainable water expending theory. |
