| 摘 要： | 现阶段企业对物流供应商的管理已成为企业管理中的一种重要的物流管理活动,不同企业选择物流供应商的标准不同,所评价的因素不同。通过构建因素模糊模型,评价企业所看重的选择物流供应商的关键因素,并针对评价的主要因素来对物流供应商进行优化管理,以期望提高交货的及时性和整体的服务水平,来满足企业的需求和提高顾客的满意度。
