| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,吉林省农民素质虽然有了一定的提高,但与当代农业和农村经济发展的要求还很不适应。提高吉林省农民素质的重要途径之一就是加速吉林省农村人力资源的开发。为此要找出提高吉林省农民素质的重要途径,最终达到开发吉林省农村人力资源的目的。 |

| Abstract: | Since the Open- up and Reform, peasant quality in Jifin Province has been fairly improved, but still left behind by the increased demand of the eontemprary agriculture and rural economic development. To improve peasant quality lies in the exploitation of rural human resources. The paper presents a study on the current situation of this work and some concrete to fufil it. |
