| 摘 要： | 要约、承诺是订立合同的方式。电子商务合同因其与传统合同相比有诸多不同，这就导致了电子商务合同的要约与承诺和传统合同的要约与承诺相比有其特殊性。其特殊性主要体现在电子商务合同的要约撤回、撤销与承诺的撤回等相关问题上。对其进行深入探讨是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Offer and acceptance is the mode of signing a contract. There are significant differences between E-commerce contract and traditional business contract. And then it leads to particularity of offer and acceptance between E-commerce contract and traditional business contract. The particularity mainly embodies in revocation and with- drawal of offer, withdrawal of acceptance and other related problems in E-commerce contract. It is necessary to make a further discussion on it. |
