| 摘 要： | 当前,需要澄清人民币升值以及货币战争的事实真相。近日我国人民币汇率波动不断扩大符合汇率变化的基本规律,并非超出常规。目前的货币战争来自美元贬值,美元应增强分担风险的责任意识,成为真正意义上的实力和势力货币。当前应该打消人民币升值预期,引导舆论理性认识人民币合理价格。最为紧迫的任务是健全和完善人民币参考一篮子货币的机制,而非价格走势。
