生态化的基本内涵及生态化水平评价指标构建的基本原则

试图从生态化产生背景与社会需求、具体表现与基本要求对生态化的内涵进行深入剖析,认为生态化是人与自然关系和谐共荣的客观要求,是工业化、城镇化发展到一定阶段的必然产物,也是现代生态文明下伦理观内涵的必然扩展,生态化表现为一个动态过程,是人类社会经济活动中的一个基本理念,追求生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的相互统一和系统生态缓冲能力的持续保持,并针对生态化水平评价是生态化研究最主要的社会实践应用,根据生态化水平的内涵提出了评价指标体系构建的基本原则。

The Connotation of Ecologicalization and the Basic Principle of Setting up Ecologicalization Evaluation Index

With the increasing demand of application of ecology principle in the industrialization and urbanization,the "ecologicalization" and its researches are becoming popular.In this paper,the connotation of ecologicalization was analyzed from the background and social needs,the specific features and basic requirements of ecologicalization.Ecologicalization is the objective requirements of the relationship between man and nature harmony,is the inevitable product of industrialization,urbanization development,and is also the ethics inevitable expansion for the modern ecological civilization.And ecologicalization is a dynamic process and the basic concept for human society economic activity,and it seeks the unification of ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,and the increasing buffer capacity of ecological system.Furthermore,according to the demands of ecologicalization assessment,the basic principles on setting up ecologicalization assessment index system were put forward.
