排沙漏斗三维涡流流场脉动特性研究

摘    要:本文利用激光多普勒测速仪(LDA)对排沙漏斗三维涡流流场的脉动特性进行了测试研究, 测试结果表明: 排沙漏斗流场的切向紊动强度大于径向及轴向的紊动强度, 中间低速带的紊动强度大于两端自由涡及强迫涡控制区的紊动强度. 紊动切应力的理论分析与测试结果均证明排沙漏斗三维流场是一个各向异性流场. 本文还分析了排沙漏斗脉动特性对输沙过程的影响, 对如何更好地优化排沙漏斗结构提出了看法.

Abstract:Thevelocity fluctuation characteristic of 3-D flow field in sluice funnel is studied experimentally by means of LDA. The result shows that the tangential fluctuating velocity is higher than the radial fluctuating velocity and axial fluctuating velocity. The fluctuation intensity of inner part is higher than that of outer part. The theoretical analysis and experimental data demonstrate that the 3-D flow field in sluice funnel is anisotropic. On this basis the effect of fluctuation characteristic on sluice is analyzed and the idea for optimizing the configuration of sluice funnel is suggested.
