Since the 21st century,China’s aging population is rising.As"silver wave"swept,the problem of aging population has already affectted every aspect of our lives.family pension functions’weakening and social security measures absence make the elderly face pension risks,and it lacks reasonable concern for the old in the law.old-age security dual separation phenomenon prominent makes the elderly of rights problems become important.This essay makes elderly rights and interests protection situation in Rizhao city as the research object,through social investigation and system research,we try to put forward recommendations which fit the reality of Rizhao city to provide the beneficial references for the development of the elderly rights protection.
