| 摘 要： | 证券投资基金起源于英国,兴盛于美国。我国1997年11月14日《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》出台,标志着规范化发展证券投资基金的开始。截止到2005年底,我国基金业取得了令世人瞩目的成绩,但同时也暴露出了许多现实的问题。文本从基金管理公司面临的问题作为出发点,研究走出困境的蓝海战略。
