The Key Points of Quality Control of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Concrete Construction under the Special Climate Conditions——With the Example of the Three Gorges Projects

In the 21st Century, China will become the No.1 hydropower giant, while the research on the new-generation concrete and its admixture will lead the world, including fibre concrete, new-type admixture, technology invention on the waterproof and leakage-prcof materials and others. The author proposes the own opinions about effectively controlling the quality of concrete constructionm under the special climate conditions, based on the experiences from The Three Gorges Projects.
