| 摘 要： | 电信公司投资额度大,建设周期长,管理层次复杂,容易出现工程项目成本管理控制难度大、工程财务决算编制缓慢、会计信息失真等问题。文章分析了电信公司项目管理存在的问题,提出加强电信公司工程项目财务管理的建议。

| Abstract: | The investment of Telecom company is large,the related construction period is long and its management is complicated, which easily lead that the company is hard to control the costs,slow to get the final accounts and occurs distorted accounting information.The paper analyzes the problems in the project management of Telecom Company and puts forward the related suggestions for improving its financial management. |
