| 摘 要： | 用工难、用工荒成为目前企业发展中的一个紧箍咒。如何缓解技能人员需求短缺,选择灵活适用的用工方式以满足企业的人力需求,成为企业亟待解决的问题。文章分析了公司技能人员的用工状况与需求趋势,提出了公司技能人员的用工应对策略和建议,以期为公司在新形势下选择合适的用工方式应对用工压力开拓思路。

| Abstract: | At present,the difficulty of employment and the shortage of workers have become a problem in the development of a enterprise.How to solve it and employ a flexible ways to meet the demand of labor are the trouble an enterprise should cope with immediately.Through the analysis of employment situation and demanding tendency,the paper put forward some strategies and suggestions so that an enterprise can choose appropriate ways to solve the difficulties. |
