| 摘 要： | 随着全球气候变暖,城市"热岛效应"加剧,我国居民收入提高和法定带薪休假制度启动的一系列变化,推动了我国旅游产业由观光旅游逐渐向休闲度假旅游产业升级,也为特殊气候资源大省黑龙江的旅游业发展提供了巨大机遇。牡丹江如能合理定位和战略性开发旅游产业,由传统观光旅游向夏季避暑休闲、冬季冰雪运动项目转移,就可成为黑龙江省旅游产业可持续发展的典范。
