| 摘 要： | 本文通过试验,研究分析了重稀土镁硅铁合金对纯镍铸铁焊条焊缝热裂敏感性、晶界偏析、金相组织、机械性能的影响规律。研究表明,在纯镍铸铁焊条药皮中加入适量的重稀土镁硅铁合金可以改善焊缝及接头的组织和性能。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiments,the effects of alloy containing heavy rare earth、Mg、Si and Fe on the hot-cracking susceptibility of weld intercryctalline segregation、mi- crostructure and mechanical properties are investigated,the proper quantity of this alloy added in covered electrode with 99.5% nickel core for cast iron can improve structure and property of the welds or joints. |
