青岛市开发区土地集约利用评价与研究

通过构建模型,对青岛市工业科技类开发区的土地集约利用水平进行了定量评价,根据此评价结果并结合当地实际情况提出提高土地集约利用水平的途径和措施。用层次分析法和统计分析法分析,可以看出各开发区的土地集约利用程度差异很大,综合指数跨度为6~68,总体上表现为用地不集约;国家级开发区由于扶持力度高,其土地集约利用水平高于省级和市级的开发区。今后要提高项目质量,合理培植产业结构;盘活存量土地,走内涵挖潜的道路。

EVALUATION AND STUDIES ON THE UTILIZATION OF LAND CONSOLIDATION IN DEVELOPMENT REGIONS OF QINGDAO CITY

This paper conducts fix quantify evaluation on the level of land consolidation utilization in development region of industrial science and technology type of Qingdao City through establishing models.According to this evaluation result and combining with the actual local condition,it puts out ways and measures for improving the utilization level of the land consolidation.It adopts layer analyzing method plus statistical analyzing method.There is remarkable difference in utilization degree at different development regions.The span of comprehensive index is 6-68,which indicates that the land utilization is not consolidated,generally.With stronger supporting strength,the land utilization level in the development region of national grade should be higher than that of the provincial or city grade.In the future we should improve project quality,rationally deploy industry structure,liquidize remnant land and take the path of fully utilizing potentiality.
