Stealth Leadership Influences the Culture of Innovation

Abstract:Just as action speaks louder than words, stealth leadership achieves results, not rhetoric. Twenty‐first century thought leaders value transparency, return on investment, and sustainability. Stealth leadership operationalizes these concepts by shifting the focus from subjective personality to objective performance. In the spirit of disruptive innovation, stealth leadership substitutes simplicity for complexity.
