| 摘 要： | 农产品质量安全已成为全社会普遍关心的问题,也是影响我国农业经济发展和对外贸易的重大战略问题。本文主要通过对我国农产品质量安全现状的分析,探讨了《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》实施的重要意义,并就如何将其真正打造成为我国农产品质量安全的屏障提出了有关建议。

| Abstract: | The quality safety of the agricultural products has become a prevalent concerned issue in the whole society.It is also an important strategic issue which has an impact on agriculture economy development and foreign trade.Through an analysis of the current situation on The Quality Safety of The Agriculture Products,this article mainly discusses the great significance of implementing and provides some suggestions on taking advantage of the law to guarantee the quality safety of the agriculture products. |
