国防工业转型与西部军民结合产业发展

在国防工业转型的前提下,文章从军民分割和质量效益的视角,讨论了西部省区如何利用当前非公有制经济参与国防科技工业建设的历史机遇进行制度创新,实现本地产业结构升级和本地区经济可持续发展的问题。通过分析研究认为,将西部地区分散的国防工业资源重新整合,将西部地区国防科技工业优势与地方资源优势重新整合,是加快国防工业转型、提高我国国防工业资本利用效率、减缓东西部经济差距继续拉大的应有之举。

Transition of Defense Industry and Industrial Development of Civil-Military Division in Western Area

This paper analyzed Chinese Western Provinces how to seize the opportunity of non-public economy participating in defense economic construction to institutional change from the view of the defense industrial transition,the civil-military division and the quality performance.It concludes: reuniting the decentralizing defense industry resource of Chinese Western Provinces,combining the advantages of defense industry with superior resources of western provinces,which are two important approaches to speed up the transition,improve capital efficiency of defense industry and slow the widening gap between the eastern and western provinces.
