本文论证了企业在构建社会主义和谐社会中的地位和作用,企业诚信关系与和谐社会构建的关系,由此提出和分析了企业员工之间、企业对员工、员工对企业、企业与政府、企业与企业、企业与消费者等六个层次的诚信关系的内容和处理原则,最后论证了这六个层次诚信关系的几条管理对策.

The Six-Level Good Faith Relationship of Enterprises and Its Management in Building a Harmonious Society

This paper discusses the role and function of enterprises in the building of a socialist harmonious society,and the relationship between good faith among enterprises and the construction of such a society.On the basis of this,the paper dwells on and analyses the content of and the principle for handling good faith among employees of enterprises,of enterprises in their employees,of employees in their enterprises,among enterprises,between enterprises and the government,and between enterprises and consumers.The paper concludes by proposing several measures for managing the relationship between the good faith at these six different levels.
