| 摘 要： | 采取什么样的经营方式,制定什么样的农业政策,以怎样的方式来促进现代农业发展理论界观点各异。为探索黑龙江省农业生产力发展的新途径,将理论和实践相结合,提出了黑龙江现代农业场县合作概念和理论分析框架。通过研究和探索新的经营方式,达到提高劳动生产力促进黑龙江现代农业的发展的目的。

| Abstract: | The arguments on modern agricultural development mainly revolve around the selection of operating mode and the policy-making.By combining the theory and practice concerned,this paper proposes the notion of modern agricultural farm-county cooperation and its theoretical framework.Through the exploitation of the new operating mode,the paper aims at providing some solutions to modern agriculture in Heilongjiang province. |
