经济全球化与中国食品加工业的产业安全

文章以产业安全为切入点,在对中国食品加工业地位进行基本界定的前提下,分别从对外依存、资本控制、市场控制和技术进步四个方面考察了中国食品加工业的产业安全能力。总体上看,我国食品加工业虽然在上述四个方面处于不利的位置,但国外同行并没有构成对我国食品加工业显著的产业威胁。长远来看,中国食品加工业必须顺应全球化的发展趋势,在开放中加强产业安全,一味地保护只能是失败。

Economic Globalization and Food Processing Industry Safety of China

Taking the industry safety as a breakthrough point, this article reviewed Chinese food processing industry safety capacity from 4 aspects separately- external dependence, capital domination, market domination and technique advancement under the premise of the basic definition of the station of Chinese food processing industry. As a whole, although Chinese food processing industry is in a disadvantageous position at the above four aspects, the foreign rivals have not constituted distinct industry threat to us. In a long run, Chinese food processing industry must acclimate the development of globalization, reinforce the industry safety in the open circumstance, otherwise it will only lose to protect blindly.
