| 摘 要： | 为实现大批样品的快速检测、及时了解储备大豆品质,设计出大豆粗脂肪快速提取装置和脂肪提取器溶剂回收装置,研究出大豆粗脂肪酸值快速测定法.使用标准法和快速法分别测定大豆粗脂肪酸值,2组数据的线性相关系数达到0.996.

| Abstract: | Determination of crude soybean fat acid value includes the extraction the crude fat in soybean,and determination of acid value. Because the extraction of crude fat in soybean takes a long time ,Therefore,the acid value of crude fat in soybean cannot be detected quickly. In order to realize than testing rapidly of lots of samples,to know the soybean quality duly. Design a quick extractor to extracted crude fat in soybean, and solvent recovery device than auxiliary device for fat extractor. Devised a method of rapid determination of acid value of crude fat in soybean. Determination of soybean crude fatty acid value, using the standard method and fast method. Two groups of data of the linear correlation coefficient is 0.996. |
