| 摘 要： | 企业绿色竞争力是在"绿色化"前提下相对于其它企业的一种竞争优势。而循环经济作为一种新的发展模式,能够更好地解决生态与经济的矛盾,将绿色理念融入企业的经营和发展中,帮助企业在提高经济效益的同时,致力于改善生态环境。以江苏板块上市公司为例,构建了基于DEA法的绿色竞争力测度模型,评估了它们的绿色竞争力,并在此基础上提出了一些建议和措施。
