| 摘 要： | 面对职教普教基于职业能力培养的殊途同归的总趋势,构筑以“核心技能”为核心的现代职业教育的能力观成为人类进入后工业社会的重大课题;在“和谐中国”建设的命题下,高职教育应以人为本位,而不是以职业为本位,从而实现自身与社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Facing the total trend of different roads leading to the same goal in the occupational education and general education based on occupational ability development,it has become an important topic after mankind's entering after-industrial society to construct the ability view of regarding the "core-technical-ability" as the core of modern occupational education.Under the proposition of establishing a "Harmonious China",the higher vocational education should be people-oriented,not occupation-oriented,thus realizing sustainable development of itself and society. |
