| 摘 要： | 该文从农业区划具有的科学性、综合性、空间性提出其发展战略,又以县城为中心的县域空间为最佳选择空间,以粮食安全和食物保障及粮食、食物各产业产品加工业为战略重点,提出人才培养、基础设施和"三划一同"的科学计划体系为战略措施,最后提出参与农业区划30年的3点体验。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the development strategy for agriculture regional planning from its scientific character,comprehensive character and spatial character.The paper also takes the county space,which puts the county as center,as the best selected space.The paper puts grain safety,food guarantee and grain,food and various products processing industries as strategic keystones.It raises the scientific plan system of personnel training,basic establishment as strategic measure.Before ending it puts forward 3 items of experience gained from the previous 30 years' agriculture regional planning work. |
