纺织企业竞争力识别及并购目标确定的研究

摘    要:纺织业利用并购作为提升产业竞争力的一种战略选择时,应在竞争力识别的情况下,确定其具体的并购目标。阐述了纺织产业并购战略分析框架,依据纺织产业竞争力影响要素指标体系,采用模糊隶属度理论,对竞争力的识别进行了模糊综合测评,得出了判断结论。在此基础上,研究了纺织业竞争力指标评判向量与并购目标的对应关系,提出了我国纺织业依据竞争力程度而确定的并购目标。
