论高职高专院校辅导员与班导师制度的融合

高职高专院校的人才培养目标是高端技能型专门人才，辅导员和专业老师是学生成长成才的领路人，二者均担负着引导学生在校期间成长路径的责任，但部分高职院校存在着思政教育和专业教育各自为政的状况，这并不利于人才培养。辅导员队伍建设在向专业化和职业化方向发展的同时，还应注意与专业教师担任的班导师合作，共同研究适合高职高专人才培养目标的科学育人模式。

On the Integration of the Counselors of Higher Vocational Colleges and the System of Class Supervisors

The aim of higher vocational colleges talents cultivating program is high skilled special talents, as well as counselors and professional teachers are the guide for students to grow up and reach their prime, which all have the re- sponsibility of guiding students in schools. However, there is a status that some higher vocational colleges have not com- bined ideological education with professional education, which is not good for talents cultivation. The team construction of counselors is developing specially and professionally, at the same time, paying more attention to the cooperation of class supervisors by professional teachers, and then researching the scientific educational mode that is suitable for the aim of higher vocational colleges talents cultivation together.
