| 摘 要： | 基于1979—2011年的时间序列数据，对城乡金融发展与农村经济增长之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明，农村金融发展阻碍农村经济增长，城镇金融发展与农村经济增长之间呈正向相关关系。为此，应改变农村金融发展指导思想，逐步走以“功能观”为指导思想的金融发展路径。还要加大对农业科技项目的财政扶持力度，保证农村农业农民的问题沿着科学化的道路向前推进。

| Abstract: | This article is based on time series data 1979-2011, it makes the empirical analysis between urban and rural financial development and rural economic growth. The results showed that the rural financial development hinder the ru- ral economic growth and financial development of urban is positively correlated to rural economic growth. Therefore, we should change the rural financial development guiding ideology, and gradually go to the ＂functional view＂ as the guiding ideology of the financial development paths. But also to increase agricultural science and technology projects financial support for efforts to ensure that rural peasant agriculture issues forward along the road of scientific. |
