| 摘 要： | "走出去"战略是辽宁企业提高国际竞争能力的必由之路。要推动实施"走出去"战略,改变辽宁省目前"走出去"与"引进来"严重失衡的局面,首要问题是模式选择问题。本文论述了辽宁对外投资的特点,提出了跨国并购是最好的对外投资模式,最后就如何成功实现跨国并购提出了对策和建议。
