| 摘 要： | 民营企业信用缺失的诱致因素表现为:民营企业家的信用意识和信用道德观念淡薄,轻视企业信用管理,此为其内部因素。外部环境的影响,如国家政策欠稳定,民营企业产权无保障,民营企业和民营企业家征信体系不健全,法制建设不完善与执行不规范等也是不容忽视的诱因。

| Abstract: | The contributing factors to the credit deficiency in private enterprises include both internal and external types.The internal factors are: inadequate credit consciousness and moralities and negligence of credit management.The external ones are: the unstable national policies,non-guaranteed property right,incomplete credit system,and the imperfect laws and unstandard implementation of laws. |
