| 摘 要： | 以倾销方式进入我国的外国产品正逐渐增多并对我国的产业安全造成了威胁。依据外国产品在我国的倾销情况,分析进口倾销对我国产业安全的影响,从产业安全的角度研究了我国的反倾销措施,即通过建立一个高效的包括政府相关部门、企业和中介机构在内的联动机制,充分发挥反倾销措施维护公平竞争、保护国内产业的作用。

| Abstract: | Overseas dumping-products to China are gradually increased and are posing a threat to the domestic industrial security.This paper briefly describes the dumping of overseas products in China,and analyzes the impact of the dumping of industrial security.By studying the anti-dumping measures from the view point of industrial safety,i.e.through the establishment of an efficient linkage mechanism including the relevant government departments,enterprises and intermediary institutions,the paper presents some anti-dumping measures to maintain the fair competition and protect domestic industries. |
