| 摘 要： | 针对高校特困生工作展开深入讨论，分析了新时期特困生工作的新特点，即多元化和复杂化，同时指出当前高校特困生助学体系存在的不足。结合高校实际，分别从思想帮扶和建立科学有效的资助计划等方面，提出了新形势下开展高校特困生工作的新思路。
