| 摘 要： | 文章在对传统的指标体系设计方法进行归纳的基础上,明确地提出了指标体系设计的5种系统分层法和4种指标贡献度比较法,通过这两类方法的结合运用,给出了一个县域循环经济发展评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on summing up methods of traditional indicator system design, the article definitively put forward five types of system hierarchy methods and four types of comparison methods of index contribution degree, related to indicator system design. Based on the use combined with two methods, it showed one country's assessment indicator system of cycle economy development. |
