| 摘 要： | 本文通过建立战略因素评价矩阵、战略地位态势图、战略实力分析图等，构建了企业战略地位区与战略实力点的SWOT量化辨识模型；利用BP神经网络，解决基于传统SWOT分析所得战略地位区和战略实力点的结果过于理想化且难以准确把握的问题；并通过实例验证了该模型的有效性。
