| 摘 要： | 招标投标制度作为建筑工程承包发包的主要形式在国际国内的工程项目建设中广泛实施。但目前,我国工程项目市场不规范,存在诸多问题。文章对我国工程项目招投标管理过程中存在的问题进行深入剖析,找出其结症所在,提出了相应的对策与改进建议。
