| 摘 要： | 本文以我国大中型企业科技活动为研究样本,在对创业环境、公司创业战略和组织绩效进行系统测度的基础上,实证检验了三者之间的内在关系。研究结果表明,创业环境与公司创业战略、公司创业战略与组织绩效之间都存在正相关关系,而且公司创业战略对创业环境与组织绩效关系有中介作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the technology activities of industrial enterprises of China,this paper analysis the relation- ship between entrepreneurship environment,CES and performance.It concludes that entrepreneurship environment have positive effects on CES,and CES have positive effects on performance.It also concludes that CES is the medi- ator in the relationship between entrepreneurship environment and performance. |
