| 摘 要： | 随着项目规模的扩大和投资主体的多元化，业主对建设项目管理提出综合性、系统性和全生命期集成管理的更高要求；此外，我国政府投资项目推行项目代建制要求相匹配的项目管理模式。笔者根据在工程管理教学和实践中的体会，提出几点个人看法，以资借鉴。

| Abstract: | Along with the extension of the engineering item scale and the diversification of the investors,the owner puts forward higher request which including the comprehensive,systematical and whole life's integrative management on the construction item;In addition,our country government's investment item advocates the trusteeship system that demands matching management mode.According to the experience from teaching and practice on construction management,writer puts forward some personal viewpoint for reference. |
