摘    要:通过对城市发展所面临的环境问题的系统分析,提出了以复合生态系统理论、自组织理论和生态控制论等为基础的城市生态调控概念.通过对城市生态调控研究进展的归纳,比较了国内外学者研究重点的异同点,在此基础上,论证了人工智能的应用将是城市生态调控的发展趋势.根据城市生态调控的步骤,依次剖析了城市生态模拟、生态功能分区、生态反馈控制和集成优化调控等过程中,人工神经网络、遗传算法、专家系统、模糊逻辑等方法的应用途径.最后指出了人工智能在城市生态调控领域将具有巨大的应用前景.

Abstract:Based on the systematical analysis to the environmental problems encountered by urban development, the conception of "urban ecological regulation" (abbr. for UER) is proposed. The fundamental theory of UER includes compound ecosystem theory, self-organization theory and eco-cybernetics. Also, the research progress on UER in domestic and overseas are discussed, and the similarity and differences between domestic and oversea research are figured out. Grounded on these discussions, it is concluded that the utilization of artificial intelligence (abbr. for AI) is the trend of UER. In this paper, UER is composed of four steps: urban ecosystem simulation, ecological function partitions, ecological feedback and control, and comprehensive optimization and regulation. In the following, four AI methods, including artificial neural network, genetic algorithms, expert system and fuzzy mathematics are discussed as how AI would be used in the UER processes in turn. Finally, the immense prospect of AI in UER is expected.
