| 摘 要： | 当今社会,以高科技、智能化为特点的型经济犯罪凸现。按着有罪必罚的原则依法对经济犯罪进行处罚,及时并正确适用刑罚,以惩治和打击经济犯罪,这是刑罚目的实现的前提和基础。
