城市发展中的政府循环经济政策探析——基于宁波市的实证研究

发展循环经济、建宴循环型社会是我国城市发展的战略选择。文章以沿海开放城市宁波为研究对象，分析了循环经济发展的可能性和必要性，并对宁波市循环经济现实发展的三个层次模式及其取得的成效进行实证研究。在此基础上，针对目前存在的主要问题提出了构建循环经济的政策体系。

Urban Development Cycle of the Government in the Economic Policy——Based on Ningbo's Empirical Study

The development circulation economy,the establishment cyclic type society is our country urban development strategic choice.This article take open coastal city Ningbo as the object of study,Analysis of the development of circular economy and the possibility of necessity,develops the circulation economy three level pattern to Ningbo and makes the progress to conduct the empirical study,based on this,proposed the construction circulation economy policy system.
