| Abstract: | Besides the foods mentioned in ,there are other foods like ’Yumen Jujube’,’Zhangye Persimmon’,’Liangzhou White Wheat’,etc.All of these foods were famous and recorded in literatures,which is a representative evidence of the communication of dietary culture between east and west. |
