| 摘 要： | 创新人才的培育是企业经营发展过程中的一项重要内容。文章分析了企业创新人才培育现状与存在问题,并根据现存问题从企业视角提出了若干创新人才培育策略。研究结果对企业提高创新人才培育工作质量具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of creative talents is an important element in the business development process.This paper analyzes the present status of business innovational personnel training and existing problems,and proposes some innovative personnel training strategies in accordance with the existing problems from the business perspective.The research results have a certain reference value for enterprises to improve the quality of innovational talent development. |
