| 摘 要： | 本主要是针对当前理论界对于最佳资本结构的确定和选择问题只有定性的分析而无有效的定量判断的现状，通过对各种理论的比较研究，运用数学方法推导出可以较精确地确定财务危机成本和最佳资本结构的计算公式，用以帮助企业的经营管理作出正确的筹资决策。

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation in which there is only qualitative analysis rather than quantitative judgement of establishing and choosing the optimal capital structure in terms of theory,this thesis,by use of comparative study of various theories and mathematical methods,derives formula that can accurately establish financial risk cost and optimal capital structure in order to help entrepreneurs make best investment decision. |
