丽江发展生态旅游的思考

丽江的旅游业发展,由于过度开发玉龙雪山和丽江古城,使得游客过于集中,不仅对环境造成了极大的破坏,同时,也造成城乡收入差距过大。生态旅游强调社区的参与并分享利益,尊重自然,保护生态,实现永续利用的理念,无疑使得生态旅游成为丽江旅游业二次创业的必然选择。丽江发展生态旅游,要考虑环境的可承载能力,把当地民族的传统生态文化融入到对生态环境和文化遗产的保护和管理之中。在政府发挥主导的同时,必须让当地居民和一些社会组织参与生态旅游的规划和决策,以确保规划的科学性和利益的合理分配,并积极着力提高当地群众的生活水平。

Thinking on Developing Eco-Tour of Lijiang

Because of overexploitation of Yulong Snow Mountain and ancient city of Lijiang making visitors too centralized,the tourist industry of Lijiang has not merely caused great destruction to the environment,meanwhile,caused too big income gap in urban and rural areas.Emphasizing the participation of the community and sharing the interests,respecting nature and protecting the ecology,realizing the idea of continuous utilization,undoubtedly the eco-tour will become the inevitable choice of second development phase of Lijiang tourist industry.Bearing capacity of environment should be considered in the development of eco-tour.For the protection and management of ecological environment and cultural,heritage local national traditional ecological culture can also play important role.While the government plays a leading role,the local people and some social organizations must be allowed to participate in planning and decision of the eco-tour,so as to ensure the science of planning and rational distribution of interests.Efforts should be actively made to improve the living standard of local masses.
