| 摘 要： | 经济是研究如何配置资源的科学。资源配置问题,一直是经济学研究的核心问题。应用先进的数学统计分析工具(数据包络分析—简称DEA)建立一个资源配置的评价模型,并以黑龙江省工业行业为例,进行了实证分析。
