加快中国国际旅游贸易法律体系建设之对策

中国加入WTO已经4年,但有关国际旅游业的法制建设却不尽人意。本文从介绍GATS基本规则和我国加入世贸时有关旅游服务贸易的承诺入手,对目前旅游业存在的法律问题做出针对性剖析,并尝试提出“立、改、废”等一系列改进措施,以加快我国旅游业法律体系同国际规则的接轨。

Countermeasure in strengthening China international tourism trade law's system construction

China has already entered WTO for four years, but it is not satisfied for us to construct legal system concerning international tourism trade. This paper , firstly, introduces the basic rules of GATS and our government's promises about tourism trade and service before entering WTO, then analyse a few questions in it. At last, the author attempts to raise a series of countermeasures about our country's tourism legal system so as to meet international rules as quickly as possible.
