| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招,学生人数不断增加,毕业生就业困难问题凸显,随之形成大学生就业困难群体。文章在分析大学生就业困难类型的基础上,着重分析了就业困难群体的成因,并对今后开展该群体的职业指导工作提出相关对策。
