关于多层商住楼和高层商住楼消防给水设计的探讨

商住楼是一种为满足商业和住宿需要修建的建筑类型。目前,商住楼已经成为我国城市火灾,尤其是特大火灾发生的主要场所。关于商住楼的消防给水设计成为给排水设计师钻研的一大课题。现行的《建筑设计防火规范》和《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》没有对此类建筑进行明确的规定,各地消防部门对此类建筑的消防意见也不统一,因此造成设计人员在对此类建筑进行消防设计时出现偏差。笔者结合多年商住楼消防给水设计经验,提出对多层和高层商住楼消防给水设计的看法和建议。

Some Discussions on the Water Supply Design of Multilayer and High-rise Commercial and Residential Buildings

Commercial and residential buildings are a type of construction to satisfy the need of commerce and residing. Currently,commercial and residential buildings have become the main sites where urban fires,especially major fires occur. The water supply design for commercial and residential buildings have become a major issue for draining designers.The current Architectural Design Code For Fire Protection and Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings do not have a clear provision for such kind of construction and fire departments in different areas do not have a unified opinion,thus designers are liable to have deviations when designing such kind of constructions for fire protection.The author,combining many years＇ experience of fire protection and water supply for commercial and residential buildings,puts forward view and suggestion on that.
